The customer holds her family in high regard and spending quality time with them is invaluable. Hence, those photos and videos on her iPhone from their family trip to Vietnam hold immense significance to her!
Every now and then, accidents or what some may call ‘bad luck’ occur when one’s not paying attention. The day prior to their departure from Vietnam, her iPhone 13 with 256GB capacity, suddenly powered off and refused to turn back on. After three days of checking and repairing, we successfully repaired the phone with all the data intact. The customer expressed immense gratitude and we were equally happy to have been able to help her.
Here’s an interesting fact: the customer is from Johor! In fact, she left her phone with us while she returned to Johor to be with her family. We are incredibly thankful for the trust this customer has placed in us!
