Pick Up and Send Back Service
We provide a complimentary pick-up and return service for location within a 20km radius from our office. For distances beyond this range, we offer this service at a reasonable fee.
Coming to YP Mac Technology
For your convenience, you have the option to drop off your Mac computer at our office lobby located at 1Powerhouse Bandar Utama. Please follow the map directions (ensuring not to miss the left ramp), park your car and wait inside your car at the designated “Red Dots” area.
Once you’re there, let us know and we will come down to meet you personally.

If you prefer to visit our office in person, you can easily access it by driving into the multilevel car park specifically allocated for visitors. Once parked, take the visitor lift to the lobby area. From there, head to the 1Powerhouse lobby, not the Avante Hotel lobby.
When you arrive at the 1Powerhouse lobby, register your visit to Level 30 (HN) and inform the guard that you are here to meet Mr Kevin ~ YP Mac.
Note: Parking at 1Powerhouse (same group as 1Utama) only accept cash or ONECARD as payment. This parking facility does not accept Touch & Go as a form of payment.

Service Note
If you require a Service Note as proof that we have taken your Mac computer, simply inform us and we will send you a PDF copy of the note after we have collected your device.

Therefore, you can be completely confident that any data within your device that you entrust to us is entirely safe and will remain private. In some instances, we may need your login password or passcode for testing purposes. However, please note that we will never open, copy, edit, read, or view your data under any circumstances.
