The first time I sent my device for repair, I mailed it to the boss because I don’t live in the KL area. Every time a parcel arrived, he would immediately record a video to confirm receipt. Even when the item hadn’t yet been delivered, he personally followed up with the courier company (that time the delivery took five days!).
I’ve already sent many Apple products—MacBooks and iPhones — belonging to myself, my friends, and my family to this boss for repair, and we all completely trust him! He and his team are always polite and professional. Bro said “free checking”. I sent my black screen MacBook (still able to power on through external display) for checking and bro promised to return my mac the next day morning. Also, I intentionally asked him to be more careful cuz my mac was free from any scratch (he checked my Mac and agreed it was no scratch, yet he proceeded to give me a confirmation slip mentioning he received with scratches) Then I refused to repair due to expensive repair cost. Bro got irritated, refused to give me back my mac on time. He purposely delay everything then my scheduled was delayed. He returned me with a SCRATCHED mac with lots of oil and smudges (stuck at the software installation progress) my screen was black and I cannot go figure out how to properly boot back macOS. He bitched and said he don’t have time to entertain me. If cannot do on time then don’t promise. Today, I sent my Mac to another store, the guy tells me my the ic at the other side of my motherboard was damaged with intention. I contacted YP Mac and he ghosted me. It’s obvious because I did not open the mac or sent to other people after YP Mac.

Kevin is such a friendly guy and he really helped fix my laptop that was dead for 3 years and I’ve went to so many places to fix it and they were all quoting me over RM3k to fix it and they were telling me to replace my logic board and some said other problems but it didn’t add up. Kevin explained the issue to me in detail and showed me where was the problem and within a week my laptop back to the way I first bought it 👍. Ipad suddenly had a black screen and couldn't be turned on. I tried many methods on Xiaohongshu but still couldn't turn it on. Until I saw "Malaysian Apple Man" on Xiaohongshu, and yes it was Kevin. I roughly understood the problem through private messaging at first, but I was still worried. There will be problems with mailing, but customers who saw the various mailing repairs on Kevin's Instagram can just relax and arrange mailing immediately. When mailing, Kevin will also help track the location of the package. When it is received, he will tell you as soon as possible. The same goes for repairs. He will first help you check what the problem is, and then tell you the repair price and confirm it with you. Start repair again. With such good service, of course I choose Apple Guys from Malaysia, brothers and sisters!

I did a 2TB storage upgrade here and I'm very happy with the work. Kevin is very professional. I was in KL for just a few days and my schedule was pretty tight. I had no choice but to pass him my Mac on Sunday and he was okay with that even though his shop is not open on Sundays. (tqvm) He and his team did all the storage backup and restore for me, and made sure it worked well before handing it back to me the next day. The SSD came with a 6-month warranty, and the laptop is working as smooth as it has always been, except with a muuuuuuuuuuch larger storage capacity now. I'm a happy customer! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Kevin is extremely helpful & pro. I brought my ipad air2 with bolted battery to Machines last year and they advised me to buy a new edition. I was about to dispose it and suddenly thought of this page in a socmed XiaoHongShu (Little RedBook), so I pmed and got very timely respond from him with basic trouble shooting. Sent over last Saturday followed by a reasonable quotation. Guess what? Got it back today (Monday) via dispatch service to my office, without travel down. What a excellent service keeping me posted on service progress and delivery tracking, so don't doubt on all honest reviews, you can trust and go for it.

I was having trouble with my 2019 MacBook Pro as multitasking was becoming a challenge. I reached out to Mr. Kevin on WhatsApp, and he gave me great advice and solutions. During my business trip to Kuala Lumpur, I decided to send my MacBook to him. The turnaround time was super quick, and the team was incredibly helpful. They reformatted my MacBook and replaced the battery. Now, it works like it's brand new! I can't thank Mr. Kevin and his team enough for their professionalism and excellent service.

Mac always comes to him if he has any questions - he can ask any questions he has. No problem, don’t ask them, they will check it themselves. Don’t be afraid of checking, everything is well-founded.

Last weekend, my Macbook decided to go to the dark 🌑 side on me. Panicked ..as I have a conference coming up.
SOS to Kevin and the quickest was to get the sick boy to him on Monday morning. Lala move...it was da best!
Honestly....the waiting game to hear from Kevin on the diagnosis was painfully. Kevin...it was torture!
After a LONG week of sweating bullets....the light at the end of tunnel appeared. Kevin and team saved the boy from ICU and he is returning to me ...intact...today.
When your work-life depends on the laptop...it is painful. Whilst there is cloud....having to get a new laptop..set it up back to your workflow is tedious.

I recently had my laptop LED replaced here and the service was excellent! The boss (Kevin) was very friendly, incredibly helpful and kind. He provided many useful tips and precautions, showing his great attention to detail and care for customers. The price offered was very reasonable – Apple service quoted me around 2.5k, but this place saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend for any laptop repairs!

I recommend that if you have any problems with your MacBook, you can come here to check it out. The price is reasonable, and the person in charge, Kevin, is very attentive and nice. Because my MacBook had a battery problem, it was repaired in less than a day, which was very fast.

Brought my ipad pro for repair as the touch screen feature wasn't working, initially thought it was the LCD problem but after checking found out it's the logic board's problem.
Very professional, honest, give good advice and most importantly price is reasonable and efficient. Recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍

Mac M1 could not be turned on. When I got it to the Mac Service Centre, I needed to pay an inspection fee of RM200 first. I received a quotation the next day and asked me to replace the entire electrical board, which cost close to RM4k. I'd rather buy a new one at this price. And even if the electrical panel is replaced, the data inside cannot be retrieved.
Very grateful to meet Kevin, efficient! And the problem was solved in 3 days!

The 2021 MacBook Pro stopped turning on after being out of warranty. The repair speed was very fast. It took about a week or so. If there are any problems, they will reply immediately. The overall experience is very good. I recommend that if you need repairs, you can Ask and see!

The screen of my Macbook cannot be turned on. I went to Apple to inquire and was told that the repair fee would be Rm1800. Fortunately, I met Kevin and he repaired my computer for less than 1/3 of the price! It also helped me upgrade a lot of things, thank you so much! Highly recommended👍

Kevin is a knowledgable and helpful person. When I was considering whether to buy a new MBP M3 or upgrade my old MBP 2017, he gave me good advice by asking me questions so that I can clarify my actual need. Ended up I decided to go for an upgrade, from 8GB RAM to 16GB RAM and 256GB Storage to 1TB storage. The upgrade just took me 3-4 days with a really reasonable price. Now my 7 yrs old MBP works buttery smooth. Thanks Kevin for making my old MBP great again!

I had a couple of MacBook Pros bought back in 2015/2016. Did not plan the specs properly; with accumulated updates and fat apps, very quickly ended up with storage issues.
Not easy to pick out a competent Apple service/repair shop that charge fairly, but stumbled on YP MAC on IG and checked them out purely on reviews and a leap of faith. Was fortunate to reach Kevin when I called. We quickly settled on upgrading 1 unit and traded in the other unit. All conversations were done on WhatsApp so there was no miscommunication. One perk was the pickup/delivery service so I did not have to go there myself. As he promised, the upgrade was done by next day and he shipped it back to me right away. Charges were definitely reasonable, and he even threw in some cleaning, reapplied thermal paste, installed a fan controller and got next version MacOs installed nicely before dispatching it back to me. Very happy with the professionalism and service excellence of YP MAC Tech. I recommend them highly.

My daughter's Mac Air 13 water damage, trackpad and keyboard doesn't work. According to my seller keyboard and trackpad need to be replaced and it cost about RM 3000. Fortunately, I found Kevin from the Internet. He fixed it for me for only RM 1K ＋. He is very friendly and he will update me at any time for the progress. Thank you Kevin.

Almost gave up fixing my iMac M1 screen as the quotation by authorized service provider is way out of my budget where I could just top up and get a new one, but YP Mac Technology's pricing is very reasonable and google reviews by their satisfied customers are genuine.
Kevin's very friendly and gave frequent updates on my iMac's progress. They also provide pickup and drop-off service for busy folks and people with no car like me haha.
Got my iMac fixed within a week, and Kevin delivered it to me the next day after replacing the screen.

So my laptop for some water damage on it. I took it to at least 5 different technicians, 2 were apple authorized and every single one said to throw the laptop away and get a new one cause the cost to replace the logic board would be more then the laptop. I took it to Kevin and he was able to work his magic and actually repair the logic board for less then 400 USD. There's no one I would trust with my laptop besides Kevin. He is definitely the best technician I could have found and literally just saved me 4000 dollars.
