The first case was quite straightforward. Let us call her Client A. She tried to book an appointment with the warranty department, but her busy schedule kept clashing with the available slots. She kept delaying it ~ today, tomorrow, and then the next day, until the last day of her warranty. In a rush, she contacted us to send it on her behalf. Luckily, we managed to sort everything out just in time.

The second case with Client B was more complicated. Client B’s iPad Air 5 suddenly stopped turning on, so she visited a local premium reseller to claim the warranty. However, they told her the iPad had a slight bend, making it ineligible for a free repair. Instead, she was asked to pay RM2400.00 for the repair. Shocked, she insisted that the iPad had never been bent, dropped, or physically damaged. Feeling frustrated and cheated, she came to us for help. We took over and sent her iPad to the official service centre, where we successfully secured a brand new replacement unit for her.

Before heading there, make sure to book an appointment with the Genius Bar. Apple only handles repairs, warranty claims, and other services by appointment. If all slots are full, they will not attend to you, even if you go there personally or make a scene. Also, be aware that their buff security guards are always around, so do not try anything funny!
