Terms & Conditions for Online Payment at YP Mac Technology

By using our online payment services through third party merchants, you agree to the following terms and conditions and also the merchant terms and conditions which can be found here.

Agreement to Payment Standards

Anyone using online payment must comply with all security and safety standards set by the third-party merchant. YP Mac Technology has no control over their security policies and assumes no liability for any security breaches on their platform.

No Refunds & No Cancellations

All payments made through online payment services are final and non-refundable, whether partial or full.

No cancellations will be allowed for any reason once payment is completed.

Disputes & Pre Payment Agreements

Any dispute, dissatisfaction, or request for a discount must be raised before making any payment.

By making a payment online, the client acknowledges full satisfaction with the service or product and agrees to all listed terms and conditions.

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Users

Clients using BNPL services must ensure sufficient available credit from their provider before making payment.

Any issues related to BNPL approval, rejection, or payment failure must be settled directly with the BNPL provider.

Transaction Failures & Payment Issues

YP Mac Technology assumes no responsibility for failed transactions, blocked payments, double charges, or any issues arising from the third party merchant payment system.

Clients must contact their bank, financial provider, or payment merchant for resolution.

Legal Protections & Liability Waiver

YP Mac Technology is not liable for any fraud, scams, disputes, or financial issues that arise between the client and their bank, credit provider, or payment merchant.

If a payment is reversed, cancelled, or disputed after services or repairs are completed, YP Mac Technology reserves the right to recover the full amount owed using all legally available channels.

Payment Completion & Service Confirmation

Services and repairs are considered unpaid until the full payment is successfully credited into YP Mac Technology’s company bank account.

Once payment is received, the transaction is considered closed, and YP Mac Technology will only honour warranty coverage as stated in the official invoice.

Fraud Prevention & Legal Action

Any attempt to commit fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of online payment services will be reported to the relevant authorities.

YP Mac Technology reserves the right to take legal action to recover any unpaid amounts or damages caused by fraudulent activity.
